We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have 3+ years of experience with Erecting Pre-Engineered Buildings to come join our team. Work is located in Northern Il and Southern WI. If this is you, come and join our team where you will work alongside our other tradesmen.

- Report to work on time and be ready to work at scheduled time
- Regular attendance of 8-10 hour day shifts Monday-Friday
- Knowledge and understanding of steel structures and assembly of metal buildings
- Knowledge and proficient use of scissor lifts, boom lifts and telehandlers
- Knowledge and proficient use of rigging and lifting of materials
- Knowledge and understanding of construction risks and how to mitigate them
- Must possess the ability to read, interpret, and work from project plans and specifications
- Must be self-motivated and have a desire for continued learning and personal growth
- Must be highly detailed with excellent organizational skills
- Must have the ability to think critically, innovate, and solve challenging technical problems

- OSHA 10-hour card preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Read project plans, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp the requirements
- Assemble metal parts, such as steel frames, columns, beams, and girders
- Unload and position prefabricated steel units for hoisting as needed
- Hoist steel beams, girders, or columns into place, using cranes or signaling hoisting equipment operators to lift and position structural steel members
- Cut, bend, or weld steel pieces, using metal shears, torches, or welding equipment
- Aligned structural-steel members in position for permanent bolting
- Sheet walls and roofs with metal or metal insulated panels
- Dismantle structures or equipment
- Takes personal responsibility for fostering a safe workplace by following safety policies
- Safely operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers
- Perform maintenance and repairs to existing steel frames and structures
- Maintain a clean job site (clean up)

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have 5+years of experience in the construction project management trade to join our team. We specialize in commercial renovations, new office buildouts, pre-engineered steel buildings, and ground up commercial construction. Your experience is needed to meet with clients, estimate the cost of work, coordinate contractors and materials, oversee financial budgets, and manage the entire construction process. - Presenting estimates/proposals to clients
- Ordering of materials and scheduling deliveries
- Organizing project paperwork and motivating the project team
- Analyze and manage the projects risks
- Manage projects timeline and progress
- Control and maintain change orders
- Ensure project quality and client satisfaction
- Meet with code officials and complete job site inspections
